FAQ
Questions clinics ask us
Which system should we start with?
Most clinics start with the Missed Call Manager because it is cheap, quick to set up, and shows within two weeks how many patients you were losing. Clinics with no one free to answer the phone go straight to the AI Receptionist. Established clinics with a long unscheduled-treatment list get the fastest return from the Recovery Desk.
Will the AI receptionist give medical advice?
No. It answers only from the clinic information you approve, such as timings, services, location, payment and cancellation policy. Anything clinical, anything outside that information, and any mention of pain or an emergency goes to a human.
Where do bookings go?
Into a Google Sheet in your own Google account, or into your CRM where it has an API. Your front desk sees everything in a small dashboard app that runs on your own computer.
Do we have to change our phone number?
No. We set up call forwarding on no-answer or busy from your existing number to a virtual number. Patients keep calling the number they know.
Is this HIPAA compliant for US practices?
We build only on platforms that sign Business Associate Agreements: Retell AI for voice, Twilio for SMS, Google Workspace for Sheets, and Keragon and NexHealth for practice-software work. We also sign a BAA with your practice. WhatsApp is never used for US patients.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep the Google Sheet, the dashboard app, the phone number and all your data. We remove our access the same day.
